What the audit checks

19 checks across five areas

Every number is yours, not an industry average. Call and lead numbers come from your logs and test calls. Your average job and share of new customers come from you.

6 checks

Calls

From your call log and two test calls

  1. Missed calls over the last 30 days, and their share of all calls
  2. After-hours calls, and when they cluster
  3. The days and hours calls slip most
  4. Repeat callers who never got through
  5. How long missed callers waited for a call back, and how many never got one
  6. What a caller hears: rings before voicemail, your greeting, and whether the mailbox is full
3 checks

Web leads and your website

From recent quote requests, one test request and a phone check of your site

  1. How long recent quote requests waited for a reply
  2. A test quote request, to confirm it reaches you and see what the customer gets back
  3. Your site on a phone: tap-to-call, a form that works, load speed and broken links
4 checks

Google listing and reviews

From your public Google listing and the walkthrough

  1. Hours, phone, website link and service area on your Google listing
  2. Whether your hours and phone match across Google and your website
  3. Unanswered reviews, and how fast you reply
  4. New reviews in the last 90 days, and whether you ask after each job
3 checks

Follow-up and office work

From a 30-minute walkthrough of how a job moves

  1. Your process from first call to paid invoice, mapped
  2. What happens after a quote goes out, and where quotes go cold
  3. Repeat office tasks, and the hours they take each week
3 checks

Pennsylvania texting rules

From the texts you send customers, shown in the walkthrough and checked against SB 992

  1. Consent and opt-out handling
  2. Quiet hours: sales texts only 9 AM to 7 PM, never on Sundays
  3. Automated messages that could pass for a person

Nobody wins all of it back. The audit replaces the missed-call guess with your real count from the last 30 days.

What you send

Three things, and no logins

Five business days start after the walkthrough.

Your last 30 days of call logs

An export from your phone provider's app or online account. If you can't find it, I'll show you where on the call.

A few recent web leads

Forward a handful of recent quote requests from your website and your replies, so the timestamps show how long a lead waits.

A 30-minute walkthrough

Show me how a job moves from first call to paid invoice, and the texts you send customers, by phone or screen share. You decide what to show.

Timeline

FAQ

About the audit

See every service on the services page.

What does the audit check?

19 things across five areas: your calls, your website and web leads, your Google listing and reviews, how a job moves from first call to paid invoice, and Pennsylvania's updated texting rules. The full list is on this page.

Where do I find my call logs?

Most business phone apps and carriers let you download your call history from the account website or app. If you can't find yours, I'll show you where on the call.

Do you need logins to my accounts?

No. You send a call-log export and a few forwarded quote requests, and the walkthrough happens by phone or screen share, where you decide what to show.

Why does an audit cost $500?

It's real work on your own numbers, not a sales pitch, and the report is yours to keep whether or not you hire me for the fixes. If your average job is $500 or more, recovering one lost job covers it.

What happens after the report?

Act on it yourself, have Amplify set up Missed-Call Recovery for $1,250 plus $200 a month, or get a fixed quote for custom work. The audit doesn't commit you to anything after it.

Is the texting-law checklist legal advice?

No. It's a practical checklist of where your texts may be affected by Pennsylvania's updated rules. For legal questions, talk to a lawyer.

Find out what your phone is costing you.

Book a 15-minute call. If the audit fits, your report lands five business days after the walkthrough.

The audit is $500 with no retainer. What you do with the report is up to you.
