Missed-Call Recovery · $1,250 setup, $200 a month
Missed-call text-back and AI call answering for Bucks & Montgomery County businesses
When you can't get to the phone, the caller still hears from you. A text goes out within seconds and the job details land on your phone.
What's included
Three ways a lead stops slipping away
All three are set up together and tested with you. At setup you choose what a missed caller gets: the assistant, a text, or both.
Missed-call text-back
When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business within seconds asking what they need.
- Goes out from a carrier-registered business number
- Goes out in the hours you choose
- Asks what's wrong and where the job is
- The reply lands on your phone with the job and the town
AI answering assistant
Calls you can't take still get answered, whether you're on a job or it's after hours.
- Says it's automated as soon as it picks up
- Asks the questions you choose: the problem, the address, how urgent, a good time
- Set up not to quote prices or promise times unless you say so
- Sends you a summary after every call
Instant web-lead replies
Quote requests from your website form get a reply right away, not after dinner.
- Thanks the customer and asks what you need to know
- Sends the lead to your phone the same minute
Built for trades in Bucks & Montgomery County

How a missed call plays out
You see the lead the same minute the customer replies.
In this made-up example, a plumbing business misses a call on a Tuesday evening. The caller gets a reply in three seconds, and the owner has the job details a minute later.
- The job and the town, sent to your phone
- Texts go out from a carrier-registered business number
- Wording you approve during setup

Setup
From kickoff to live, step by step
Setup is a one-time $1,250. Most of the wait is carrier approval, which can take a few weeks.
- 1Week 1
Kickoff
We agree on the wording, the questions the assistant asks, your hours and where leads should go.
- 2Week 1
Number registration
A texting number gets registered to your business with the carriers. Approval can take a few weeks.
- 3While approval runs
Build and test
Everything gets built and tested with you, with test calls and texts, before it touches a real customer.
- 4Once approved
Go live
Texting turns on. When you want the wording or the questions changed, you message the person who built it.
What you provide
Four things from you
Sign-off on the wording
You approve the text wording and the assistant's script before anything goes live.
Details for carrier registration
Carriers require your legal business name and address, and usually your tax ID, before they approve business texting.
Call forwarding on your line
Calls you don't pick up forward to the system, so customers keep calling the number they already have. I'll walk you through turning it on.
Your website form, connected
So quote requests reach the system the moment they come in. If replies go out by text, the form also gets a line asking permission to text.
Pennsylvania texting rules
Set up with the new texting law in mind
SB 992, effective October 18, 2026, brings sales texts under Pennsylvania's telemarketing law. From that date, sales texts can only go out between 9 AM and 7 PM, never on Sundays, opt-outs must be honored, and fines run up to $1,000 per violation, or $3,000 when the person is 60 or older.
- Texts only go to people who just called you or filled out your form
- You choose the hours text-backs go out, with the 9 AM to 7 PM rule in mind
- The first text and the answering assistant both say up front that they're automated
- Opt-out replies like STOP, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE are honored automatically
- Texts go out from a carrier-registered business number
- You approve the text wording and the assistant's script first
Practical setup, not legal advice.

Can I get it without the audit?
No. It's set up after the audit, because the wording and timing are built around your real call numbers. The audit is $500 with no retainer.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Customers keep calling the number they already have, and calls you don't pick up forward to the system. Texts come from a number registered to your business for texting.
What happens if I answer the call?
Nothing changes. It only steps in when a call goes unanswered.
Will customers know it's automated?
Yes. The first text says it's from an automated assistant, and the answering assistant says so as soon as it picks up.
What happens when someone replies STOP?
They're opted out right away and don't get more texts from the system.
Can I change the wording later?
Yes. Message me what you want changed and it gets updated.
How long until it's live?
Texting goes live once the carriers approve your texting number, which can take a few weeks. Everything gets tested with you before it touches a real customer.
