Sending Infrastructure · fixed quote after the audit

Email sending infrastructure for Bucks & Montgomery County businesses

Your estimates, invoices and follow-ups land in the inbox, and cold outreach runs on its own domains, so it can't drag down the email your business runs on. Built inside the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 you already use.

How it's built

Everyday email and outreach, kept apart

Customers, estimates and invoices stay on your main domain. Outreach goes out from separate domains, so a rough week of cold email never touches the address your business depends on.

What's included

Everything between “send” and the inbox

Set up, tested and handed over working. Nothing runs on an account you don't own.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC

The three records Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook check before they trust your mail, set up on your main domain and every sending domain.

Every tool that sends as you

Job software, invoicing and your website form checked and added, so the email they send in your name passes too.

Separate sending domains

Domains just for outreach, owned by you and pointed at your website, so cold email never puts your main address at risk.

Inboxes in your workspace

Sending inboxes created in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, owned by you, not rented from someone else.

Warm-up before launch

New inboxes send small, growing volumes for a few weeks, so mailbox providers learn to trust them before a real campaign.

Built to the rules

Every cold email carries your business address and a working unsubscribe, as the federal CAN-SPAM Act requires.

Why it matters now

Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook check before they deliver

Mailbox providers check whether your mail really comes from you. Mail that fails can land in spam or be turned away, and the rules got stricter over the last two years.

  • Gmail asks every sender to pass SPF or DKIM. Senders of about 5,000 emails a day to Gmail need both, plus DMARC and one-click unsubscribe.
  • Since November 2025, Gmail has been rejecting more of the mail that fails those checks.
  • Since May 5, 2025, Outlook requires SPF, DKIM and DMARC from senders of 5,000 or more emails a day and turns away mail that fails.

How it's set up

From the audit to ready to send

  1. 1From the report

    The audit checks it

How your domain's email is set up today, and whether outreach makes sense for your business.

  2. 2Before any work

    A fixed quote

Domains, inboxes, tools and timeline in writing, with every subscription listed.

  3. 3Week 1

    Records and domains

Your main domain fixed first. Then sending domains and inboxes set up in your workspace, all authenticated.

  4. 4Then

    Warm-up and handoff

Inboxes warm up for a few weeks. Then your outreach tool is connected, lists are checked, and you get a walkthrough.

How it's done

Your domains, your inboxes, your list

  • Domains and inboxes owned by you, in your accounts
  • Your main domain never sends cold email
  • Your business address and a working unsubscribe in every cold email
  • Lists checked for bad addresses before anything sends
  • Every subscription and renewal spelled out in the quote

Practical setup, not legal advice.

FAQ

About Sending Infrastructure

See every service on the services page.

Why not send outreach from my main domain?

If outreach gets marked as spam, the damage lands on the domain your customers, estimates and invoices depend on. Separate sending domains keep that risk away from your everyday email.

Do I need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

It's built on whichever one you already use. If your email runs on something else, the audit will say what it would take.

Is cold email legal?

In the US, the CAN-SPAM Act allows commercial email that follows its rules, including honest sender and subject lines, your business address, and an opt-out honored within 10 business days. Every setup includes those. This is practical setup, not legal advice.

Does it include writing and running campaigns?

This service builds the setup and hands it over ready to send. If you'd like help with the campaigns too, bring it up on the call and it can be scoped in the quote.

How long until outreach can start?

Fixing your main domain is quick once there's access to your DNS. New outreach inboxes need a few weeks of warm-up before they carry a real campaign.

What does it cost?

A fixed quote after the audit, with domains, inboxes and any tool subscriptions listed, so the ongoing costs are clear before you start.

Find out if your email passes the checks.

Book a 15-minute call. If the audit fits, your report lands five business days after the walkthrough.

The audit is $500 with no retainer. What you do with the report is up to you.
