Do I need the audit first?

No. If you've had the audit, the site gets built around what it found, and its $500 comes off the build.

Do I own the site?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is hosted in an account you own. If you ever stop working with me, it keeps running.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not from me. You renew your domain, usually about $10 to $25 a year. A site this size fits on a free hosting plan, set up in an account you own.

How does payment work?

Half up front to start the build, and half when the site is finished. The price is fixed in writing before any work starts.

Who writes the words?

I do, from the kickoff call and anything on your current site worth keeping. You read every page and approve it before launch.

I already have a site. What happens to it?

Each old page gets redirected to the matching new one, so old links and Google results land on the new site instead of an error page.

Will it show up on Google?

It launches with page titles, your business details in the code search engines read, a sitemap, and Search Console set up with indexing requested. Where it ranks also depends on your reviews, your Google listing and the competition, so nobody can promise a spot. The Full site gives Google more to match, with pages for your main services and for each county you serve.

How long does it take?

Starter goes live 10 business days after your photos and domain access are in, and the Full site 20. Days waiting on your sign-off don't count.

Can I make changes after launch?

Anything that doesn't work as promised gets fixed free for 30 days. After that, tell me what you want changed and you get a price before any work starts.
