About the free check
Is it really free?
Yes. No card and no call with me. If the result shows calls or quote requests slipping, the email says what I'd fix first and what it would cost, and the rest is up to you.
Will you call me to sell me something?
No. The only call is the test call to your business line, and I let it ring. If someone picks up, I say it's the check you asked for and try again another time. The result comes by email.
What if I don't have a website?
Then the check covers the phone side: the rings, the greeting and whether anything comes back.
How is this different from the $500 audit?
The check is one call and one request: what a single customer gets. The audit counts every missed call in 30 days of your logs, puts a dollar figure on them, and covers your Google listing, follow-up, office work and the texting rules. About the audit.
Who sees my details?
Just me. I use them for the check and one follow-up email, and they're never sold. The services that run the site and send the email handle them on the way, and the privacy page names them. Privacy
